This is one of the most important lessons in the show in my opinion. Sometimes, your relationship with another person (doesn’t matter if it’s family, romantic, platonic) doesn’t work out. Some are so negative that regardless of how hard you try, it cannot be salvaged. However, that doesn’t mean there’s not other people in the world! Sometimes you have to just move on, even if it hurts.
This is most likely going to mirror Lapis and Peridot unfortunately, but I feel like as much as I love the two, it’s best for them to be individual since their wants are so different.
